the location was very central, close to the museums. i found the room to be spacious with everything i needed. generous amenities were available, which i appreciated..

i found cleanliness in the room was below expectations. i noticed some stained towels. the air conditioning couldn't be set to cooling mode, so the room was uncomfortably warm sometimes.

my room was big and comfortable with separate spaces for the shower, toilet, and basin. this arrangement allows different members of a family to use all facilities simultaneously. the beds are firm, which i liked, but the pillows are too soft.

The staff were always available to help and generally friendly. fabio at the reception was particularly helpful. despina was wonderful and a real pleasure to meet. She was very accommodating even with last-minute requests.

The room was very clean and quite spacious. It featured divided spaces for the shower, toilet, and sink, allowing multiple people to use the facilities simultaneously. Breakfast service offered a great variety of options. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

great location comfortable room good lighting

The hotel provided a great location. It was close to transport. our room was very comfortable. the seating and side table were a welcome addition. i found good lighting with many options.

i found no kettle or minibar in the room. essentials like milk, sugar, or cups were often missing from the 7th floor lounge. the air conditioning couldn't be set to cooling mode, made the room uncomfortably warm on some days.
